The Companion Workbook for Dismantling Strongholds, Healing Soul Wounds, and Defeating the Enemy

Information alone does not bring deliverance—application does. Are you ready to move from reading about spiritual victory to actively enforcing it in your life?

This companion workbook is the practical, hands-on application partner to the I Was Used to Being Used Spiritual Warfare Manual. Designed for deep personal reflection, active spiritual warfare, and lasting inner healing, this book takes you out of the spectator stands and equips you to enter the battlefield as a victor.

Trauma, rejection, and toxic relationship cycles require a deliberate, structured eviction plan. This workbook provides the exact tools, prayer points, and reflective assignments you need to dig up the roots of trauma and permanently close the doors to the enemy.
